Ceramic Tile Bat System with Ejector
Eliminate the frustration of expensive, rattling, or warped bats. Our engineered 6-inch tile bat system is built for high-volume studio production, allowing you to throw efficiently and remove your finished pieces cleanly. Ceramic tiles can be purchased for less than $0.50, so you can expand your bat collection tremendously with very little added investment!
The integrated mechanical ejection slider allows you to easily pop the tile out without disturbing your wet clay or using additional tools. Simply hold the frame down and press the slider inward to release the tile.
Not all standard 6" tiles are actually 6 inches. Our system includes interchangeable corner bumper inserts to adjust the inner dimensions from 150mm to 155mm, ensuring a perfect, snug fit whether you are using Lowe's Daltile, older Satori lines, or slightly oversized stock.
